Enjoyed today's lesson re replacing old patterns with new ones for 40 days. A big challenge for me is TV. I know I watch some things that are not good, yet I don't feel negatively affected by them; I just know I watch too much TV. My initial goal is to read more and watch TV less, and to make healthier choices in what I do watch. I will definitely need God's help to make these changes. Feeling a bit distracted today, but again I enjoyed the lesson and my morning time with God.
