Stepping Stone Eight

I too often have beat up on myself because I have failed or stumbled. The answer was to have remorse and repent (do a 180*) but not be stuck in the problem instead of finding the solution. The solution is what I learned today. Taking control of my thoughts and bringing the body under submission. What good of a master of my own body am I, if I cannot bring it under control?
I've let my self will run riot and not harnessed my thinking enough. I need to ask for God's help and give it my best shot.
Prayer, song, praise, gratitude lists, anything to give God the glory.
I'm trying to start on my step a little earlier so I can get to bed a little earlier and maybe be a better keeper of my health.
Some things I'm learning are just starting to click with the problems and I see some light shining... Or is that me smiling from God blessing me with this Counseling?
God is sooooooooo Good!
May God bless you & keep you~thanks for reading & walking with me through all this,
Your new sister in Christ
