Disobedience to this commandment led to my downfall. Love is a difficult concept. I don't love myself.
Romans 12:10 "Show kind affection to one another with brotherly love, in honor, putting others above yourself." This verse is a simpler commandment for me to grasp. In recent times, I felt that I have put others before me to a degree that I became so neglected both by myself and others that I had a contempt for life. This thought was probably arising from my departure from God.
I think I need to exercise my relationship with God and pause for a day to think about this without getting angry.
