not sure why, i had a nice relaxed day yesterday 
. i guess its the devil knocking at my door again 
i am gonna pray 
excersize ,go out for some fresh air and listen to christian music today . 
that should help GOODBYE EVERYONE HAVE A BLESSED DAY
