Stepping stone nine

Postby Pert » Thu Aug 02, 2012 10:29 pm

After reading today's passage, I'm feeling two different emotions. One is hopeful, and one is nervous. I like the idea of the chart for establishing new habits and/or ridding of bad habits. I think that will be really good for me. I'm nervous, however, because the idea that I may have to live with these problems for 40 years seems a bit daunting, but if that's how it is, that's how it is. I just have to stay prayed up and have faith that God will help me get through it.

"Tribulation worketh patience and patience worketh hope", right?
I may have wisdom, and knowledge on Earth
but if I speak wrong, then what is it worth?
See, what we now know is NOTHING compared
to the love that was shown when our lives were spared!

as for living with them for 40 years....I have for close to 30 maybe  but have you ever had multiple splinters??
He's plucking them one by one and yes it hurts and I am nervous of the next BUT I know once they are ALL out I will be pain free....but if I do not allow him to remove them......they will fester and hurt more
God bless
