Dear God: I just finished step 4 on forgiving myself. In the name of Jesus Christ I believe I am forgiven, therefore I forgive myself. I see that bad feelings of guilt are really self pity. Therefore I loose the guilt and eliminate it from my life once and for all. I let go of guilt and allow You to remove it right now by the power of the Holy Ghost. So far in this 14 step program you have encouraged me to believe for the miracle I need, to renew my mind, to receive your grace and forgive myself. Thank you so much for placing me in the Christian Oasis program. Amen

Forgiving self is one of our biggest obstacles. Cruddy seems to whisper these reminders all to often.
When God forgives us... It is Forgiven, Gone.... Call on His grace in moments of doubt and His strength will help you overcome.
