Arent' you just precious bilge...you bring a smile to my face. Doubt is a weapon of the enemy...and he will do anything to try to make you question your faith...but if you love Jesus and you believe in Him then that is all that is required to be saved...and the enemy can't take that from you unless you allow him too...so fight the good fight...and keep hold of that faith.

luv ya
Do you know my Jesus? Do you know my friend? Have you heard He loves you? If not, I'd like to introduce you.

Yes we are here. Yet what is more important is GOD is here. Ever so close 24/7 just waiting and longing to crawl into the hole you have in your heart and shine His light in the darkness you feel.

AFTER READING SOME OF YOUR ENTRIES & STORIES *Studying* , WHAT I'M DEALING WITH SEEMS MINOR BY COMPARISON, EVEN THOUGH IT'S VERY REAL TO ME *PieInFace*

There's always someone worse off than we are. It doesn't make our problems go away, but it does bring a peaceful hope that things could be worse. :)

SINCE LIFE IS TOO IMPORTANT TO BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY, MY SENSE OF HUMOR HELPS ME NOT GET DEPRESSED *Whistle*

Behind the clown mask is a sad person just seeking an answer to the struggles. Laughter is good for the soul.

AT THE SAME TIME, HOWEVER, I STRUGGLE WITH TIMES OF DOUBT (LIKE THIS MORNING) WHEN I WONDER IF I'M EVEN SAVED(?) *help*

Someone shared with me once the meaning of the helmet of salvation. You know the armor of God. The helmet goes over you head where these thoughts are at. I'm thinking God knew Satan was going to torturing us with thought of of salvation so he gave us the helmet of salvation. When you hear these thoughts realize they are not from God but the enemy and use the word against them. John 3:16 and Ephesians 2:8-9 :)

I REALLY WISH I COULD GET PAST THAT SORT OF THING; IT'S VERY ANNOYING! *fishslap*

Keep that determination bro. :)

I PRAY THAT TOMMORROW IS A BETTER DAY *Pray* AS I KEEP WORKING ON MY GARDEN *Gardening* CATCH Y'ALL THEN *amen9*

I pray you find His peace and joy today. He's right there beside you. He loves you enough that He would die for you. He did die for you. No greater love than that. :) I love you to. You take care and keep on, k bro. *hug5*

Hello Bilge :)

God bless you this day.

Oh the blessed wooooooing of The Holy Spirit. When we have doubts and more questions than answers, I believe it is the work of The Holy Spirit drawing us closer.

Back in the 1960s there was a song by Peggy Lee "Is that all there is?" corny little song to some, yet to some... appropriate.

"Is that all there is?
Is that all there is?
If that's all there is my friend,
then let's keep dancing..."

Well, I'm here to answer and confirm to you, that No, that's not all there is.

The Lord has so much more to show you, and wooooohoooooo!!! it's amazing.

Keep on the path, you are doing great.

God bless and keep you.
In Christ's love,
Mack

Hello bilge

I'm glad I read your post today , brought me back to the days when I too was going through the "What's-all-this-bout" or "does-all-this-really-matter" and "do-I-or-do-I-not" and on and on it went , and sometimes for weeks on end , in fact it was just the other day that I had a similar "question" I found myself asking . But , here's the thing , today , I not only know the reasons behind those moments , (and moments they are) but I also know how to get out of them just as quickly as well . Because what I did was (like you) told someone about them . The answer was : "It is not proper for me to question whether if God cares about me or not (For only He knows how many times and ways He had tried and tried to tell me He does and that He will NEVER leave me nor forsake me) ... but rather , it is for me to ask MYSELF whether I'm willing to say the same to HIM ! And if not , what's stopping me ?.
The answer came when I turned the table around .

In Christ , our Lord
