What is causing the emotions sis?
Pay attention to what triggers them.
Sometimes it is something we don't want to admit to.
Something that causes us pain or guilt when we look at it.
Dig that out, drag it into the light, and begin to heal from it.
Other wise it just keeps you in bondage to it. Yuck! That's no fun.
Freedom is......well freeing.
God loves you and so do I!

Sorrow looks back, Worry looks around, But faith looks up! Live simply, love generously, care deeply, speak kindly and trust in our Creator who loves us.

hey foreverb...
i get that way sometimes....i just cant find words to put my thoughts into. and sometimes, i cant concentrate on one single thought at a time. When i get this way..for me..its time to pray. let it all out to Him. He doesnt care how it comes out...only that you would bring it to Him. He understands how we think..He just wants to hear it from you.
love you girl.
in Jesus,
love momo
