It's good to learn a new way to win in the battle of the mind! We are told in therapy we are not responsible for what we think...only what we do with it. I don't know that there is a lot of difference there, but there is a huge difference between us trying to use our own power, or us adding the power of Almighty God! I'll choose the latter, cause with Him, I can't go wrong.

Amen wonderfilled one and with God we can control our thoughts...because His strength is much greater than our own. Renewing the mind through capturing the thoughts that will harm us...and replacing them with thoughts that will keep us joyful...is what God wants to see us do.

Keep reaching for God's strength...

Psalms 18:32
It is God that girdeth me with strength, and maketh my way perfect.

"Brain on the liiine !! Dollah-a-Hollahh !! , I'm not responsible for iiit , occupying too much space in my head , need the room !! "

But wait a minute ! what's this tag on it sayin' , "PROPERTY OF GOD , any unauthorized , or misuse of this product will be subject to severe penalties under the LAW , if found in such condition , dial 1-800-call God , have SN# ready " ..... "Ooops , Never miinnd !!"

For every action taken taken , a thought precedes it first , so my best bet is to fill my brain with what God's intentions of what He gave it to me for , hence my actions would be such .

woohooo! love this!

heard a preacher one day say this...if we walked around with a big screen on our foreheads that showed all of our thoughts to everyone looking, we would learn real quickly to control our thoughts rofl

whats more important than that, though, is that when we take these thoughts captive, we are casting down the imaginations that would grow from them. Replace them with the truth of God's word and His love and mercy for us. There's nothing like the freedom we find in these precious gifts He's given us.

In Jesus,
