Step 10

Wow I have never felt so uplifted among friends,

Thank you all for your support and prayers and encouraging words

This step is one I think every christian owes to their christian walk to re-read from time to time. So much information to soak up during just one reading.

Prayer is so important for a good relationship between you and God, its a good way of laying down a good foundation.

I myself know without a doubt I do not pray enough, OH I pray but I mean the kind of prayer to where you and God are talking and your giving him a want list. A get to know each other prayer is something that I must work on.

pw, hey there :)

Prayer is our way of really getting close to God. Being able to talk to Him, and tell Him our needs and wants, as well as being able to thank Him and give Him praises, all can be encompassed in prayer. What a beautiful gift He has given us through the Holy Spirit...to be able to pray and know that our prayers are being heard. Just doesn't get better than that :)

Just a couple more steps to go pw. Your doing great.

luv ya
Do you know my Jesus? Do you know my friend? Have you heard He loves you? If not, I'd like to introduce you.

"casting all your care upon Him,
. . . for He cares for you."
. . . . .. . . . . . . . . .
(1 Peter 5:7)

Whatsoever you find to be a hang-up . . .

this is a care to trust to Him.

If I'm seeing I can be not honest . . .
well, how ever can I really make myself genuinely honest - -
if I'm not genuine like I need to be  *help*

Cast this on Him. And I consider how my having this problem should help me to understand and feel for others, and therefore instead of criticizing them have hope for them. And with this caring about others, while I am in the midst of my own problems, this helps me do better.

Step 11

Part of me is so confused right now that the Holy Spirit is the only way I could ever make sense of anything right now. I am slowly learning not to lean unto my own understanding, if I do it is an automatic mess up.

HOLY SPIRIT I NEED YOU

pw, your right the Holy Spirit is the way. See God is not the author of confusion, and if you are confused...well you know who that's from...Holy Spirit is your comforter and He wants to bring peace to your life. He wants to give you a direction to follow. Yes this means that you are going to have to submit to His ways, even if you don't like His ways at times. He does know best, and won't lead us astray.

Praying for you my friend.
