Day 8

Postby vahn » Tue Mar 17, 2009 7:56 pm

Tho I dont have much time , to reflect my thoughts about the aplication of step 8 to my day to day affairs , but I do have a hand writen journal to go along with this post that I keep . Besides , someone's seems to be keeping tabs on my progress without me knowing it . Respecting their wish to stay behind the scene counting my steps , I wont say who it is , right Real ? .

What jumped out of the monitor tonight , reading stp. 8 was , Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: PSALM 23 .
Here God is saying , " I can do better than just removing you enemies , no I will keep your enemies right where they are and have them watch what your Bodyguard will do for you , see if they'd blink an eye ! "

When I look at the problem , the problem gets bigger , when I look at the solution , the solution gets bigger . when I turn my heart & mind toward God , I ca't tell where my problem is , let alone see it .

Feel like I'm rambling , had a long day today , just thought I'd come home and fellowship with you all.

Thanks for being here . In fellowsip of Christ .

Vahn, you got it my friend...God is bigger than any of our problems. Looking at Him...makes the problem get smaller and smaller...it's all about where we place our focus.

You know God is so amazing, He won't allow our enemies to touch not one hair on our head without it being His will. Many times Jesus was confronted by the Pharisees who wanted to arrest Him, but each time they couldn't touch Him cuz it wasn't his time. The same with our enemies...they can try all they want...but they can't touch us.

luv ya
