"WORDS and ACTIONS are the way to eject what you don’t want to be planted " (in your mind) seems to be the gist of the lesson. Sounds so easy to just eject or reject what's false and replace it with the truth. But experience says otherwise. I pray for God's empowering to do a much much better job from now on--to choose truth over lies and self pity. I will definitely need to review this lesson to determine a strategy for recognizing and dealing with the lies, and to avoid them if/when I can. It may require some self examination, which is very much a challenge for me.
