Hi, this is my first time and i'm not sure what I am doing or where I am going. All I know is i'm tired. I'm not sure how to go about this website, there's a lot of information. It feels a little overwhelming.

You could chat. Chat usually has a person or five there in the evening. cccc is good. You find that by going to site map and counseling. It is a self-guided tour with journalling. We get to know you that way.

I believe there are a lot of people who are tired and over whelmed. Life is getting difficult.

Did you find the counseling program? If not then let us know. I'm sure it will help you with your struggles.
