feels good2know that every1 falls down. i came up with a good idea this weekend. if i wanna cut write a poem. id rather have a pen or pencil in my hand than a knife or razor. plus then ik when i wanted 2 cut and how i felt at the time. if i dont feel like talkin when i go2 counseling i can just show the counselor the poems cuz itll tell him when i felt like doin it and how i felt. as i find healthier stuff 2do ill probably write less poems bout it which is good
