Starting Over

Postby FineFreshFierceWoman » Sun Aug 07, 2011 9:56 pm

OK so I had started the counseling back in July got half way through and got stuck just been having a hard time with it. So I have decided that I am going to start over from the beginning and do the counseling program again. This time I am going to finish no matter what. Plus I am also going to start seeing a therapist about my many other issues to help me that way too. I have so much to work on and need to take these steps to get better. The only thing is I am super scared as I will actually be happy truly happy for the first time in my life. Please pray with me to become stronger during this period

Glad to hear you giving this another shot , it always brings a smile on my face ..(so , you see ? , your work is already bringing results :) ) . My grin gets even wider when I hear "This time I'm going to "finish" no matter what !" . I get to thinking "Finish what ?" :) ... Recovery is a life long process , and , as in life , we get tired , distracted or what have you , and we kinda take little "breaks" here and there , but the thing is , once we put all that experienced through the steps into action , the more we want to go on .... keeping the eye on the Beam while moving our feet , each step will get us closer to Him , it is NOT the time it takes that He is interested in , but rather getting closer to Him . (Pssst ... let me let you in on a little secret ... don't tell anyone ok ? .... God does NOT have a watch ! .... shhhh..)

You're on the right track sis , keep up the good works .

Luv ya
In Christ , our Lord
