relationship with family

Postby msaddy » Thu Apr 21, 2011 11:33 pm

I am not sure where to start. I have sorrow and un rest with issues that have gone on way to long. I have been seperated for 11 years and can not seem to move on. I need prayer and direction. I am weary of going around the same mountain. I left my husband after many emotional issues. I need help and prayer! It is time to have complete healing but I can not seem to get there.

Hi msaddy, welcome to the Oasis. *hug* I have stood in your shoes before and I know how much you must be hurting. But...what I can tell you is that there is healing and there is hope....in Jesus. Jesus can help you put the past behind you and begin to live the joyful life that He wants you to have. It won't be easy...but it is possible...just take it one small step at a time.

I'm praying for you. Come talk with us in the chatroom sometime.

Take care and God Bless
Do you know my Jesus? Do you know my friend? Have you heard He loves you? If not, I'd like to introduce you.

I am weary of going around the same mountain.

Reminds me of the Israelites, and of myself.

We must be careful not to ignore the Grace of God in our lives, even if we aren't where we hope to someday be. God's mercies towards us are new every morning, and it is He that gives us strength to see it through to another day. You may be struggling with things that have their root in what happened years ago, but do not for a moment believe that God has not been with you, working in your life all this time, teaching you lessons through experience, the main of which I venture to say based on my own circumstances, is the realization that independent of Him we are unable to progress to anywhere good. Such a precious truth that truly is able to change our lives if we act in accordance with. You may be closer to the Promised Land than you think.

Keep seeking the Lord. God bless you *hug* Happy Easter
