Stepping Stone 3

This was about God's Grace and forgiveness. I understand the importance of this and how hard it can be to do it. I was watching Joyce Meyers and she was talking about guilt and how important it is to let it go. She said that we not only have to ask for forgiveness but RECIEVE it. To make an effort to recieve his forgiveness we should thank him and tell him we recieve it after asking for forgiveness. I thought that was pretty cool and an interesting concept that I am going to try. My day today began great. I spent more time at home then I have in a long time and was able to accomplish some things which may seem small to some but for me were big steps. I was able to do laundry and pick up my room, take a nap which usually produces anxiety and stay home until four thirty. For me I am usually gone alot during the day and I avoid being home. Last night I watched a movie with my husband for the first time in three weeks.Although these seem like small things for me they are huge and I thank God for the day I had. Each day seems to get better and he is healing me from the inside out. Although it is not an instant healing like everyone imagines it is a healing and I thank God for it. I did find myself having some anxiety when I left the house which is unusual for me but I walked and prayed and it went away. I was able to enjoy a walk and a massage in a massage chair at the mall. Then I came home and cooked dinner for the first time in two weeks and got the laundry out. I spent the day caring for my son and I almost felt completley normal. THANK YOU JESUS!!!! *Clap* *Pray*

I love joyce meyer. :) She's terrific. Speaks the truth.

Sounds like a wonderful day you had. I love those days when things are quiet and things get done and peace rules.

Hope today is another terrific day. *hug* God loves you and so do I.

What a blessing! I'm so glad to see you smiling and sharing about the small things...you know it's often the small things that mean the most. I'm reminded of the children here in the Bible...how Jesus took time to reach out to the children...even though He was very busy...He knew how important it was to show them His love...

Keep on showing His love in you to those around you....

Take care *hug*
Do you know my Jesus? Do you know my friend? Have you heard He loves you? If not, I'd like to introduce you.
