Because God asks you to. :)

Your expecting yourself to be perfect and as you know Only Jesus is perfect.

I think most people struggle harder to forgive themselves more than forgiving someone else. *hug5*

Rest is His grace.

2 Corinthians 12:10
Therefore I am well content with weaknesses, with insults, with distresses, with persecutions, with difficulties, for Christ's sake; for when I am weak, then I am strong.

God just wants us to let go and let him. If you didn't have sins, then Jesus died for nothing. His blood is to wash you clean - if you aren't dirty, why do you need that?

Honey, we are all dirty. We have all sinned. We all sin. We all get to the end of the day and realize there is something ... something.

But, Jesus takes it away.

You have to realize you are an itty, bitty child in God's eyes. Just go to him and hold your arms out like a little child does.

It won't matter if you broke his favorite lamp and colored on the newly painted walls. He will pick you up and hold you.
Hugs,
Dema

In him is forgivness

Postby ronny groda » Mon Feb 28, 2011 9:51 am

MY friend if you have a heart for GOD which I know you do than only one thing to do except what GOD says . GOD is well awear of are inprefections for he made us . When we go to HIM as his child he treats us as such(HIS child ). Yes HE might have to correct us but he corrects those whom HE loves. You will find in HIM a wonderful heart you can here it from the cross (FATHER FORGIVE THEM FOR THEY KNOW NOT WHAT THEY DO)..tHIS IS THE HEART OF GOD... the evil one will come to try to steal your peace.. please dont let him ..And yes we have to work on are inprefections but throught the cross we see them more clearly ...
BLESS YOU MY CHILD...

Forgiving oneself is often the toughest on us. We have a tendency to beat ourselves up over and over...asking questions and seeking answers to why didn't I...why did I...how come...what if....but you know...the only question we need to ask ourselves is Did I ask God to forgive me? And if you have...then He has forgiven you...and now you too can let it go....no reason to carry it around anymore it's over and it's done.

A favorite quote for you :)

Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in, forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day, you shall begin it well and serenely...
Do you know my Jesus? Do you know my friend? Have you heard He loves you? If not, I'd like to introduce you.
