Ephesians 4:26
Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath: Neither give place to the devil.
i really need to remember that... i have tried many times and i have failed... even last night i went to bed angry with my partner. but it is not for lacj of trying, i have trued so many times to live by this verse and somehow it eludes me. maybe i have been tryin in my in strength not God's. Lord i pray today that You would help me to live by the passage of Your Holy Word. Amen.
Jesus your timing is sooo PERFECT! How did You know that this study is what i neeeded. I haven't been on a chat site in years and suddenly in the time of my need, this shows up... Thank You!

Good morning Me26, May the Lord be with you today as you step out in an attempt to control your emotions and reactions to situations. Anger is something that we know the enemy likes to use against us. When we get angry, we no longer have control...he does....so learning to restrain yourself is important...so glad to see you working on this.
