Step Four

Postby Hrw716 » Mon Aug 16, 2010 4:43 pm

Step Four hit a chord today. I know that I need to continue to work on forgiving myself and accepting God's forgiveness.... and it definitely feels good to be forgiven :)

I also realized that there are some people in my life that I haven't completely forgiven, so I will work on that too.

Praise God.

Once we realize that those who have wronged us are sinners too...in need of the same saving grace we have been given, its not so hard to forgive. Some hurt us more than others..but we have to remember that the enemy that whispers to us is the same enemy who uses them to hurt us. Tormented souls in need of His saving love and grace..changes lives.

Sis, forgive yourself. Dont let the enemy steal the joy of your salvation or the freedom His forgiveness brings. His sacrifice for us was enough and is complete and finished. No amount of sacrificing yourself..or your peace in His forgiveness takes the place of what He has done for us on the cross..nor will it ever pay the price He has already paid for us. Thank You, Jesus.

you continue to be in my prayers. Dont give up. He loves you oh so very much. Forgive...forgive...forgive...He remembers no more. He only sees His love for you.

In Jesus,
luv momo *Pray*

I found that when I asked God to bless those that I forgave, I knew that I have truly let it go then.

And many times we are the hardest on ourselves then we are on others but once you can forgive yourself... oh, how much lighter you will feel *BigGrin*
