There are alot of negitive thoughts going on in my brain. Never really thought about it before. I feel so much better practicing out with the lies and in with the truth. But tracing back where my problem started is another thing. I pray God shows me, I have no idea.

Well you know what the problems are sis...and this may be partially from the lies that have been fed to you over the years. Now finding what started the problem can be hard...but if your not sure...then just work on healing from the problem for now. That way you are still moving forward.

Halfway through the steps today sis! Only half more to go! Push on ahead.
