The Resurrection From The Dead!
(How We Grow-Up In The Lord!)
(In 4 Parts)

Ephesians 6:10-24

(Part #1 Why Pray For Paul The Apostle and the saints?)
10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
11 “Put on” the whole armour of God, (Why?) that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16 “Above all”, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
18 “Praying always” with all prayer and supplication “in the Spirit”, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication”for all saints” (Dead and alive!) We are living in “the NOW”, not past, not future, but in the NOW, IN GOD!)
19 “And (Pray) for me”, (Paul speaking!) (WHY? Important!) that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel,
(Father, I pray for all the saints and I also pray for Paul the apostle, that we might understand his understanding in the scriptures. I pray this in Jesus name, Amen. Thank you Father.)
20 For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.
21 “But that ye also may know my affairs, and how I do”, Tychicus, a beloved brother and faithful minister in the Lord, shall make known to you all things: ( Did you hear what Paul just said? Shall make know to you, ALL THINGS! Make know to who? Me and you! Praise God!!!)
22 Whom I have sent unto you for the same purpose, that ye might know our affairs, and that he might “comfort your hearts”.
23 Peace be to the brethren, and love with faith, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
24 Grace be with all them that love our Lord Jesus Christ”in sincerity”. Amen.
(Ephesians 6:18-24 “This is a new revelation from God for this time in God’s plan”. This revelation shows us the working of people who has gone on, or died in Christ, in the Spirit, who are doing their job as we pray in Christ Jesus.
In Ephesians 1:10 we have a prophecy pertaining to this point in time in the body of Christ.
10 That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him:
In Ephesians 6:19 we read what Paul is saying about himself, And pray for me, than he goes on and tells us why, that we might understand “his understanding” in the scriptures.
This new revelation shows us that the New Jerusalem explained in Revelation chapters 20 & 21 is alive and well in the Spirit, carrying out the wishes of the Father through our prayers in the Spirit. They are not setting around doing nothing, but they have a job to do in Heaven, it’s not according to what they want to do, but it’s what the Father wants them to do according to God’s Word! and we “have been translated” into the New Jerusalem with them!
(Part #2 Why we are sinners!)

Romans 5:12-14
12 Wherefore, as by one man, Adam, sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon “ALL” men, for that all have sinned:
13 (For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law.
14 Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come.)
Romans 3:19-23
19 Now we know that what things soever the law saith, “it saith to them who are under the law”:
that every mouth may be stopped, “and “ALL THE WORLD MAY BECOME GUILTY BEFORE GOD.”
20 Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.
21 But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, (Jesus Christ), being witnessed by the law and the prophets;
22 Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and “upon all them that believe”: for there is no difference:
23 For all have sinned, (Everybody born into the world, even babies!) and come short of the glory of God; (Has come short of Jesus Christ!)
(Part #3 “Taking-off” The Old Man Of Sin, And “Putting-On” The New Man, Christ Jesus!)
Jesus, by what he did, has given us “the way” to becoming a son of God, but there is a” taking off” that has to take place, and a “putting on” of the new man who is created in righteousness and true holiness.
Ephesians 4:17-24
17 This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, “in the vanity of their mind”,
18 Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God ”through the ignorance that is in them”, because of the blindness of their heart:
19 Who being past feeling “have given themselves over” unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness.
20 But ye have not so learned Christ;
21 “If so be” that ye have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is “in Jesus”:
22 That ye “put off” concerning the former “conversation” “the old man”, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;
23 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;
(Romans 12 spoken of by Paul the apostle, being transformed by the renewing of the mind!)
24 And that ye “put on” the “new man”, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.)
Colossians 3:5-14
5 Mortify (die to-Take off) therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry:
6 For which things sake “the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience”:
7 In the which ye also walked some time, when ye lived in them.
8 But now ye also “put off” all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth.
9 Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have “put off” the old man with his deeds;
10 And have “put on” the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him:
11 Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all.
12”Put on” therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;
13 Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also “do ye”.
And above all these things “put on” charity, which is the bond of perfectness.
1 Corinthians 15: 51-58
51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, (Our life time!) at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
53 For this corruptible must “put on” incorruption, and this mortal must “put on” immortality.
54 So when this corruptible shall have “put on” incorruption, and this mortal shall have “put on” immortality, “then” shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. (This happens NOW, not after we die!)
55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?
56 “The sting of death” is sin;”and the strength of sin” “is the law”.
(Christ has delivered me from the curse of the law, for it is written, cursed is everyone he that hangeth on a tree!)
57 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.
Romans 13:11-14
11 And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed.
12 The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore “cast off” the works of darkness, and let us “put on” the armour of light.
13 Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying.
14 But “put ye on” the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.
Ephesians 6:1
“Put on” the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
1 Thessalonians 5:8
But let us, who are of the day, be sober, “putting on” the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation.
2 Peter 1:1-11
1 Simon Peter, a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ, to them that have obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of God and our Saviour Jesus Christ:
2 Grace and peace be multiplied unto you (How?) through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord,
3 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, (How?) through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:
4 Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: “that by these” ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.
5 And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge;
6 And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness;
7 And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.
8 “For if these things be in you, and abound”, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful “in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ”.
9 But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.
10 Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall:
11 “For so an entrance shall be ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ”.

(Part #4 The Stages Of Growth In The Spirit!)

There is a “growing-up process in Christ that has not been taught to us in the past. According to scripture there are four parts.
1) the babe stage
2) the child stage
3) the young man stage
4) and the father stage .

Three of the stages are taught in 1 John 2:12 – 16, the babe stage is out of 1 Peter 2.
1 Peter|2:1 Wherefore laying aside all malice, and all guile, and hypocrisies, and envies, and all evil speakings,
1 Peter|2:2 “As newborn babes”, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:
(In the babe stage we are to stop wanting to see people hurt, This is malice, also quit taking advantage of people and being crafty and cunning. We are to stop being a hypocrite like the scribes and Pharisees which is to be sincere and honest with people , ourselves, and God, not saying one thing and doing another. Stop envying others and be content with who we are, and content with what we have. We are to stop speaking bad about anything. In so doing all these things, we will be resisting the devil. When we stop doing these things, we resist the devil and by resisting the devil we take back the power he has to blind us from seeing the truth. When we have done these things, we go on to the next stage, which is the child stage.)

1 Peter|2:3 If so be ye have tasted that the Lord is gracious.
1 Peter|2:4 To whom coming, as unto a living stone, disallowed
indeed of men, but chosen of God, and precious,
1 Peter|2:5 Ye also, (You and me who believe!) as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, (To do what?) to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.
1 Peter|2:6 Wherefore also it is contained in the scripture,
Behold, I lay in Sion a chief corner stone, elect, precious: and he
that believeth on him shall not be confounded. (This is Jesus Christ the living Word of God!)
1 Peter|2:7 Unto you therefore which believe, he is precious: (Believing the Word of God is the “Key” to pleasing God!) but unto them which be disobedient, the stone which the builders
disallowed, the same is made the head of the corner,
1 Peter|2:8 And a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offence, even to them which stumble at the word, being disobedient: whereunto also they were appointed. (To them who do not believe, Jesus Christ, the Word of God, has become to them a stumbling block, and a Rock of offence!)
(In all of us there is something that Satan has created that makes us want to “justify” our actions. When the Word of God tells us to do something that will help us to be more like Jesus and makes us free, a voice inside of us speaks to our mind and says to us, we have a right to hold on to the sin. An example is, “unforgiveness”. When we choose to not forgive, Satan is in control of our will. We do not see “why” we are to forgive because it is hide from our understanding. Satan has hide the truth form us, that if we do not forgive, “God will not forgive us”. (Mark 11:26, Matthew 18:15-35)
1 Peter|2:9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood,
an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should show forth the
praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light:
1 Peter|2:10 Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy. (We now are no longer just plain people, but through Christ, we have become kings and priests unto God.)
1 Peter|2:11 Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and
pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts, “which war against the soul”;
1 Peter|2:12 Having your conversation honest among the Gentiles: that, whereas they speak against you as evildoers, they may by your good works, which they shall behold, glorify God in the day of visitation.
1 Peter|2:13 Submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord's sake: whether it be to the king, as supreme;
1 Peter|2:14 Or unto governors, as unto them that are sent by him for the punishment of evildoers, and for the praise of them that do well.
1 Peter|2:15 For so is the will of God, that with “well doing” ye may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men:
1 Peter|2:16 “As free”, and not using your liberty for a cloak of maliciousness, but as the servants of God.
1 Peter|2:17 Honour all men. Love the brotherhood. Fear God.
Honour the king.

Children in the Lord
Young men in the Lord
Fathers in the Lord

1 John|2:12 I write unto you,”little children”, because your sins
are forgiven you for his name's sake.
1 John|2:13 I write unto you, “fathers”, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I write unto you, “young men”, because ye have overcome the wicked one. I write unto you, “little children”, because ye have known the Father.
1 John|2:14 I have written unto you, “fathers”, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I have written unto you, “young men”, because ye are strong, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye have overcome the wicked one.
1 John|2:15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in
the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
1 John|2:16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh,
and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life,”is not of the Father, but is of the world.”
1 John|2:17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but
he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.
1 John|2:18 Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have
heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.

Children in the Lord!

Ephesians 4
King James Version (KJV)
4 I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called,
2 With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love;
3 Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
4 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;
5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism,
6 One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
7 But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.
8 Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men.
9 (Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth?
10 He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.)
11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:
13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:
14 That we henceforth be no more children, (If you are a child in Christ, what will you do?) tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:
16 From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.
1 Corinthians 13:11
When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.
1 Corinthians 14:20
Brethren, be not children in understanding: howbeit in malice be ye children, but in understanding be men.
2 Corinthians 6:11-18
11 O ye Corinthians, our mouth is open unto you, our heart is enlarged.
12 Ye are not straitened in us, but ye are straitened in your own bowels.
13 Now for a recompence in the same, (I speak as unto my children,) be ye also enlarged.
14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?
15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?
16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.
18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.
Galatians 4:1
Now I say, That the heir, as long as he is a child, differeth nothing from a servant, though he be lord of all;
Galatians 4:3
Even so we, when we were children, were in bondage under the elements of the world:
Galatians 4:19
My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you,
1 Thessalonians 2:7
But we were gentle among you, even as a nurse cherisheth her children:
Young Men and Fathers in the Lord

1 John 2:13-14

13 I write unto you, “fathers”, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I write unto you, “young men”, because ye have overcome the wicked one. I write unto you, little children, because ye have known the Father.
14 I have written unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I have written unto you, young men, because ye are strong, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye have overcome the wicked one.
May God Bless you in ALL Spiritual understanding and blessings in Christ Jesus!
