Just Started Spirit Of Truth

A few days ago I was asked if I would deliver the Message for our church services coming up on Dec. 29th. I agreed, even though I have never done this before. In our church, the Message is typically a one-hour presentation or discussion. Talking in front of a group doesn't bother me, but talking about a subject for which I feel less than qualified... that's kind of scary!
So, I prayed to the Lord, asking Him for inspiration in developing the Message for that service. I immediately received the thought that I should choose the Holy Spirit for my Message topic. Okay... great! But, now, where do I go? Obviously, more prayers were needed.
About an hour ago I was scrolling through some of the forums here. I hate to admit it but I've not visited nor participated in any of the forums until today. I've only ever chatted and listened to the Bible recordings on this website. Praise the Lord! He led me to the Spirit of Truth 7-Day Program! Wow! That is exactly the inspiration and information I've been praying for!
I just finished Day #1. Oh boy, I so badly want to skip ahead and start on Day #2! Unfortunately, the program says we should resist the temptation to skip ahead. So, I'll be a good student and listen to the teacher. I'll do Day #2 tomorrow morning.
I'm very much looking forward to it!
