crazy chat

i cant get into chat for some reason...
it loads and i get as far as the place with the list of rooms but it won't let me into any of the rooms and it won't let me scroll or anything..
any ideas?

I am frustrated all I see when trying to go into chat is it will reconnect in blah blah seconds. I have deleted cookies and brower stuff. I have restarted my computer. I uninstalled and reinstalled adobe flashplayer. I am just plain frustrated.

Hi angelbaby,
We are truly sorry for your frustration as we are frustrated as well. We never had any problems until our Chat Room Provider upgraded to their newest version. We are writing them several times a day and we arent getting any answers. We have done all we could on our end. We are basically waiting for them to fix whatever is causing this. We assure you that if it isnt resolved very soon we will be getting a different chat room provider. Please hang in there and once again we are sorry.

It is ok there are always gliches in the system. Today has just been an off day. I have learned though no one knows your having an issue unless you talk about it.

Just an fyi...everytime I try to login to chat the last couple of days for the first time tells me I'm an unregistered guest...I have to go follow those steps of deleting the flash stuff for the chatroom in order to get in. Becoming a nightly thing...

Ok chat acting really strange tonight...everytime I type something and press enter the entire page of typing disappears and then reappears after a few seconds. As long as I'm not typing it seems to be fine...but when I do type and press enter is when it disappears...very very strange.

That is what it is telling me, but I don't know how to do it. I uninstalled and reinstalled my flash stuff, and I stil can't get it to work.

Hey angel, you don't have to uninstall and reinstall, you need to click the link above that Phantomfaith gave and follow the directions to delete the control settings for chat...it will give you a least and you will delete the items that say 123flashchat...there's going to be one or two items. Try that...it is a tad difficult to figure out at first...as it was for me...so if you have trouble come back and ask again.

Please check this link, updated to fix the chat room problem only one time. Make sure you follow the directions exactly as you have to be LOGGED OUT OF THE FORUMS COMPLETELY before you clear your flash cache.
