I am able to login but when i attempt to chat the automatic login fails. I am new and would love to chat. Please help~!

What kind of error are you getting when it tries to log in?

Also make sure you have flash installed on your computer:

http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/

If you arent using an IPAD you should be able to gain access.

I saw Tomm logged into chat tonight so I suppose he got his issue fixed.

i figured it out sometimes you need to log out then log in

about a month or so ago our chat server upgraded to a new version, since then there have been glitches. they recently said all has been fixed and the stable version is up. We are hoping these problems of log in error were happening during the upgrades and will no longer occur till they decide to upgrade again, hopefully not for a long time though

If anyone is having trouble getting into chat please PM me so we can get you back in.

If you are logged into the forums u shouldnt have to log into chat as it automatically does it. If you get frozen or lose connection with the chat room and cannot get back in, refresh your forum page to make sure you are still logged in. If you want to stay logged into the forums next time you log in tick the box that says keep me logged in.
