Having a problem with getting my voice chat to work in the room. I checked my mike and sound card and they are working. I click on video icon and it come up and I mark both voice on and hand free but I was told they couldn't hear me. Should be something else be marked or open.

Hi Alva,

Is your microphone plugged in? Is the volume on the microphone all the way down? Some microphones have a button you have to manually push to send.

Also, check in the Control Panel on your computer and click on the "Sounds and Audio Devices" icon.

When the window comes up make sure that your volume isnt on mute or all the way down.

Then click on the Voice tab of this window and check the settings for your mic hardware and make sure everything is working properly.
