But all i get from you is ice

Words can do a lot of damage
But actions also hurt
I give of myself from the heart
And you trample it like dirt

You never have a friendly word
You never have a smile
You come around now and then
But it's only for a while

I know you owe me nothing
But that doesnt justify
Treating me like garbage
And won't even tell me why

I've always been there when you need me
No matter what the task
But your never there when I need you
Is that too much to ask?

As I look back on these last few years
Much of it is a blur
I don't know if you're still my friend
I'm not sure you ever were
