I am wanting to Learn To Knit and maybe i could get some advice on what size needles to use and im trying to learn how to do the needles and yarn but its seems alittle confusing but im still trying to understand it

i learned how to knit through youtube videos :D
i only had yarn so i just used mechanical pencils when i started out
they're actually really great! its easy to fit the tip in loops

when u get smaller needles its gonna take longer to finish whatever ur
gonna knit but ur finished work will look neater and tighter because there
will be more rows and smaller stitches (which means less gaps in between)

Well i know how to knit now but it gets too tight and then i cant get it through the loops and it kind of hurts my finger unless i aint doing it right.

Ok i found out i wasnt doing my knitting right and i got it right but does anybody know how to fair isle / stranded knit? i am getting so confused pleaseee i want to learn that i hope i can get some help with this
