In every way, even inside us
Sometimes it hurts on the surface
But sometimes it just makes us nervous
And you can't say it won't find a way
To give us all some kind of pain
And all of the world will come crashing
All around you
And everything else becomes taxing
Taking it's toll on you
Don't give up

Don't just think you can not win
A miracle all on your own
Beauty deep into your soul
Hiding what we never saw
Covering the eyes of us all
A pain you feel without ending
A thing you feel never mending
Or forgiving
Nor relenting
And all of the world will come crashing
All around you
And everything else becomes taxing
Taking it's toll on you

Don't just think you can not win

We have cried
Tears for every smile that you gave
And every time
We could find
The reason to fight for everything
