My dearest child
Why must you My love forsake?
What so evil do you believe have I done
To cause you such hate for me?
I love you with a love so pure
That you in this life never can fathom
A love so strong nothing can stand
Against its power so great and mighty
But not strength only does my love posses
Gentle as a baby lamb also it is
For though great walls it can shatter
Never will it go in where it is not wanted
Though my love by force will not enter
Always will it stand knocking at the door
Waiting for you to invite in your heart
So within may dwell My love forever more
The pain that resides within your soul
My hand to you did not send
Never would I cause that pain so great
That overwhelms your heart so gentle
Let My hand dearest child to wipe
Away from your eyes those tears so many.
For tears of pain never have I desired
To flow from your eyes so precious.
Trust in Me and love Me too,
That is all from you I ask of now.
If in Me your heart does believe
Return to Me My beautiful child
So that I in this moment of need
May your heart with My love refill
Love I know is difficult for you
With all those that have hurt you so
In that name many things did they do
That caused your heart slowly to die
Now I ask of you my dearest child
Let Me return so your heart I may heal
Never will I hurt that tender place
Where love once flowed with might of a river
That has overflowed its banks spreading to all
Allow My love so precious little child
To break down those walls around your heart
That keep out all that could hurt again
So that life giving love may enter once more
For those walls keep out not only the hurt
But also the love that once lived within
My dearest child come back to Me and rest
In My arms that are mighty to save.
I will protect your tender heart from the enemy
And his fiery darts that bring pain to all
My dear little child so close to My heart,
The love I have for you is so great
That My own Son did I send long ago
To die for you on that cross of pain
So that all that stood between you and I
Would be left upon the cross on that day
Your sins and pain still are nailed there
Never more to torment you heart again.
Little child so precious and dear
Do not return to take your sins and pain
From upon that cross anymore now
No longer do they belong to you My child
But now do I take hold of your burdens
And Myself will I carry them for you
Place them all into My outstretched hands
And never more return them to your heart.
