Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

1 C. peanut butter
1 C. Sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

In a bowl, stir all ingredients until combined. Shape level tablespoonfuls into balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet and press down slightly with a fork. Bake for 15-18 minutes at 350.

Wow those do look easy, and I have all those things at my house already. I may have to try those soon.
