Each day I awake, and I see the sun
I give praise to the Holy One
For it is him who favored me to see another day
And another chance to do things his way

Though the journey may not be an easy ride
I know I'm strong with my saviour by my side
With his guidance I know I won't do anything wrong
His grace is sufficient and will keep me where I belong

My will, thoughts, desires, I even gave him my heart
And made a commitment that from him not to depart
I have the spirit of joy, victory and excellence
Overwhelmed with emotions when I'm in his awesome presence

I have never experience joy and love so great
As I listen to his word that increase my faith
So excited because every step is new
Living a fulfilling life that is so true
