What is my life missing and what does it consist
Sift out sincere people from those that I should resist
It's time to change mindsets, opinions and attitude
As this is a new journey, that will take me to a higher altitude


More things will be gained that would replace the lost
The purification of my soul that has surpassed any cost
As a continuous request for strength of resistance
That I may overcome those temptations lurking from a distance

I have been a par taker of sin for far too long
I know now that here is where I belong
As I hold on the father's hand and not look back
At times I may slip but I won't fall off track

I know where my heart is, it's not a guess
Satan's temptations, is God's tests
Living a life that's pure and right
Will lead me out of the darkness into a future that's bright
