God's Grace Bible Study
Christian Grace Meaning
I am often asked, what my "doctrine" is and what "denomination" I am. The answer is simple ... I am just a Christian. I realize that interpretation, pride and prejudice have divided the true Church into many different "denominations" but, that was not what Jesus intended. That is Satan's plan and is certainly not an example of God's Grace and Love.
Most of the divisions are based upon interpretation of the Bible. Other divisions stemmed from the pride of individuals wanting control, dating way back. Do not misunderstand me, there are many false Religions that one should beware of and to find out what one's beliefs are should be done, for we are taught to "Prove all things."
Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.
And to check the fruits (words and deeds) for a tree is known by it's fruit.
17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but
a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can
a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn
down, and cast into the fire.
20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.
Therefore, since it seems that the answers, to these questions, are so very important to some people, I will share with you that which I believe in, by way of this ... What is God's Grace Bible study. Let's get after it, shall we?
I believe that Jesus our precious Lord and Saviour, is the one and only begotten Son of the one and only absolutely awe inspiring Living God. I believe that Jesus, came in the flesh with the intent to die for our sins and He did so. then He was resurrected after 3 days and that He will absolutely return for His chosen and those who chose Him during the End Times.
I believe in God's Grace which our Heavenly Father offers to each and every of us. The Bible is very clear that this amazing Grace springs forth from the soul saving Blood of Jesus.
But by the Grace of God Go I - Lost Souls
Many of the Lost Souls (who many Christians encounter and immediately pop into judgment mode against and shake their fist at) are in truth, the lost and troubled children of God. These potential Christians are free to choose to accept the Grace of God as to be able to say ... But By the Grace of God Go I. First, one must learn to experience the Spiritual essence of the Grace of God.
So, what is God's Grace?
God's Grace Bible study proclamation; For those who can hear, I will reveal to you the Truth of God's Grace today, and the Truth is this ... God sacrificed His only Son to get His children into Heaven when they were sentenced to eternal damnation due to mankind's past choices. Think about that for a second the next time you ponder upon the Grace of God meaning. Grace is the essence of WHY God chose to sacrifice His Son to get you into Heaven.
For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
But, why did God choose to sacrifice His Son?
It is very simple ... Because God loves us so very much and mankind had done so much bad that no sacrifice in the world could ever remove the abundant sin that had overtaken the minds and hearts of mankind. Except ONE. God would have to sacrifice His own Son to save His beloved creation ... Us:
For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through Him might be saved.
God's Grace Bible Study Journey
What Is the Grace of God Origin?
Let's take a little Christian Grace of God meaning field trip, shall we? You see, long ago, sacrifices were needed to cleanse away the sins that mankind had committed against God. But now, Jesus is the eternal Sacrifice. Believing in Jesus, cleanses away our past sins. God loved us so much, that even knowing the only sacrifice that would suffice, was His own Son, decided to do it anyway as to save His children. One more thing to ponder on ... Jesus Himself chose to lay down His life for you. The Bible is clear that the first step that you have to do to get into Heaven is;
Believe in Jesus
28 Then said they unto Him, What shall we do, that we
might work the works of God?
29 Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on Him whom He hath sent.
Self Proclaimed Religious Leaders
The Grace of God Pitfall ... This is one of the traps that I said I would help you avoid earlier. There are some self proclaimed, Christian leaders, who have written to me, suggesting that law and works prevails over God's Grace and say that I should preach as such. These rascals even demand that the burden on Christians is to be heavy, so that it makes it difficult to enter the gates of Heaven. These individuals have no compassion, understanding or love for others, in their heart. They have no concept of the love that God has for His children. Their desire for self edification, blinds them from the Truth.
My response to these "wanna be" religious leader's demands for me (as to CON-form with their judgmental outlook on God's children) to teach of law and works being the way into Heaven as compared to teaching the Truth about the Grace of God is and will always be ... Not a chance! But wait, what is Bible's view on law versus Grace? Let's delve into that a bit, shall we?
The Apostles learned from the Holy Spirit that the Jewish customs and some of the Jewish Laws were not to be placed upon the Gentiles (anyone who is not Jewish) because the Jewish people were unable to adhere to the Old Covenant with God, so in Love ... God had made a New Covenant and that is why the Holy Spirit directed the Apostles to share this truth with Christians and potential Christians:
28 For it seemed good to the Holy Ghost, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these
necessary things,
29 That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from
blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if
you keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well.
As Peter said so eloquently;
10 Now therefore why tempt ye God, to put a yoke
upon the neck of the disciples, which neither our fathers nor we were
able to bear?
11 But we believe that through the Grace of the
Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved, even as they.
In short if you are not Jewish, you are a Gentile. You are not bound to Jewish customs of the Old Covenant.
For the law was given by Moses, but Grace and Truth came by Jesus Christ.
Again ... This is a very essential Christian Grace tidbit of truth ... As Christians, we are bound under the New Covenant and not the Old Covenant. This is because our Heavenly Father promised that He would do so in the old Testament prophecy. Man violated the Old Covenant between man and God so God destroyed the Old Covenant and made a new pact;
10 And I took my staff, even Beauty, and cut it asunder,
that I might break my Covenant which I had made with all the
people.
11 And it was broken in that day: and so the poor of the
flock that waited upon me knew that it was the word of the Lord.
12 And I said unto them, If ye think good, give me my
price; and if not, forbear. So they weighed for my price thirty
pieces of silver.
13 And the Lord said unto me, Cast it unto the potter: a
goodly price that I was prised at of them. And I took the thirty
pieces of silver, and cast them to the potter in the house of the
Lord.
Bible Study on Grace Vow
Precious Grace of God Meaning
The Old Covenant ended when Jesus died and Judas Iscariot and the Religious leaders weighed His price for 30 pieces of silver (as God's prophecy predicted) and they crucified our Lord and He died for our sins as to bring in the New Covenant to give us another chance. So many fail to see this Truth and prefer to suggest that our works is the way to enter Heaven instead of God's Love and Grace by sacrificing His Son as our only way to enter the New Covenant.
Now, make no mistake my friend ...
By no means is God's Grace a "Get out of hell free" card. You are still responsible for your actions after you receive God's Grace.
This Bible study on Grace created from Christian Grace Bible verses reveals that if you truly believe in Jesus and the Truth that He was willing to die for you, and did, that you would know that He loves you so much that you will want to do what He wants you to do because you would know that He is looking out for your best interests. You will try hard not to do things that would make him ashamed or disappointed in you. You may fall, but always remember that only a worm is free from the worry of stumble and the real test is to see if you will get up, dust yourself off, carry on and never surrender.
Saints are just the sinners that fell down and got up !!!
As time passes, you will find that you begin to make the right choices, out of love and not fear of punishment. It will be your faith that establishes your works.
Here is a Christian Grace puzzler ...
I do not frustrate the Grace of God. For if righteousness comes by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.
Ephesians 2:8-9
8 For by Grace are ye saved through faith; and that
not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
In Truth, it was some Self proclaimed Religious leaders, back in Jesus' day, that were constantly following Jesus around quoting law. His responses were so compelling that they ran away in fear and confusion. They became so afraid of losing their high places, that they devised a plan and had Jesus crucified. They used laws to do it. They claimed they were doing a God service:
2 They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time
cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God
service.
3 And these things will they do unto you, because they
have not known the Father, nor me.
They were wrong !!!
But, God had a plan and His Will was done.
What is the Christian Grace Danger? Jesus said it best, when the Self proclaimed religious leaders of that time brought a woman before Jesus, to be judged for a sin that she had committed. They asked Jesus what should be done to her, knowing that the law said that she should be stoned to death.
Bible Study on Grace Fears and Tears ... Jesus said;
He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.
So, if you are one of the "holier than thou" teachers of law, and elect to judge the lost, which are potential Christians ... Beware, lest you find yourself being judged, as you have judged these lost souls, and you losing God's Grace.
10 Two men went up into the temple to pray; the one a
Pharisee, and the other a publican.
11 The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I
thank thee, that I am not as other men are, extortioners, unjust,
adulterers, or even as this publican.
12 I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that I
possess.
13 And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up
so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying,
God be merciful to me a sinner.
14 I tell you, this man went down to his house justified
rather than the other: for every one that exalteth himself shall be
abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.
The Christian Grace of God meaning has eluded Many Christians and even some Churches because they choose to judge other people by the clothes they wear, length of hair, which side of town they live on, the color of their skin, past experiences and mistakes that they have made, etc.
It is very sad that these individuals, who consider themselves to be better than another of God's children (even though, they know in their hearts that they were also forgiven of their sins of the past, and received God's Grace and still sin), and that these people would find it necessary to judge another, in some vain attempt to appear to uplift themselves, while pretending to be doing a God service.
Their view makes the Cross, of no effect.
God sacrificed His only Son to get His children into Heaven. This is Christian Grace. Remember:
For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through Him might be saved.
But by the Grace of God Go I ... Trivia Time: Now, tell me, do you think for a moment that our loving God is sitting up there saying to His children, "If you so much as make a mistake, I will put you in the depths of Hell" after He let His son die a painful death to get His children into Heaven? Of course not.
God's Grace Bible Study Story
Bible Study on Grace Pitfall
There was a man, that we will call Mr. Smith, who was sitting in Church with his wife. He had just dozed off, during the pastor's sermon, when he awoke to the sound of the collection plate coming around. He watched as the people next to him put in what they could afford, which was very little. When the collection plate reached him, he cleared his throat very loud, as to gain the attention of all those around him, and put a hundred dollar bill into the collection plate. When Church was over, he was edging his way through the crowd towards the front door and saw a statue of Jesus. He thought to himself, "He needs a haircut and a shave."
On the way to his favorite restaurant for brunch, he came upon a stoplight and saw one of those people. You know, the ones with a sign that says "Will work for food". This guy had long hair, a beard and very dirty, worn out clothing. As he came to a stop, Mr. Smith rolled up the electric windows in his new Cadillac and turned his head away from the poor looking man, who was now just outside his window, with his hand stretched out towards Mr. Smith. After what seemed like forever, to Mr. Smith, the stoplight turned green. Before Mr. Smith pulled off, he rolled down the window and yelled out, "Hey, ya bum, Get a job," and then sped off laughing.
A few years later, Mr. Smith died of cancer and ended up at God's Judgment seat. Jesus asked Mr. Smith why it was that he thought he was worthy to get into Heaven. Mr. Smith said proudly that he donated a hundred dollars every time his wife could drag him to Church. Jesus asked if that was the only reason and Mr. Smith said, "Yes, of course, I have paid for my way into Heaven."
Jesus looked at Mr. Smith and said, "I disagree with you. You failed to have compassion and love for your fellow man, when the opportunity arose. You are greedy and selfish and are not worthy to enter Heaven." Mr. Smith, convicted by Jesus' Words, turned and started walking away with his head hung low. Then Jesus said, "And, by the way Mr. Smith ... I am no bum and I do have a job."
Tsk Tsk ... But by the Grace of God go I. The moral of this story is echoed throughout the entire Bible:
... Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.
Be kind to strangers, it could be an Angel visiting you and you could be ... Being tested.
Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained Angels unawares.
Law Versus God's Grace
I have been told by many of the lost souls that some Christians and even some Christian leaders, make it very difficult for those who would become Christians to do so because they elect to preach law to the potential Christian instead of God's Grace by saying such things as "If you have ever done this or that, you are damned." By the Grace of God Go I not some man or woman who believe themselves to be God's judge to take vengeance upon a fellow Christian.
Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.
Bible Study on Grace Woe ... No, these "holier than thou" judges were not given the power of judging and CON-victing other Christians for things they used to do or even still do now in secret. God sees all and knows the intents of the heart of mankind and is why He alone is the only true Judge of such matters. These pretense pharisees cannot open or close Heavens gates. They have no key and no permission:
But woe unto you, scribes and pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the Kingdom of Heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in.
Lacking Mercy and Genuine Christian Grace Example: If a potential Christian had ever been in a divorce, stolen anything, abused drugs, had sex out of marriage, smoked, cussed or anything else one can think of ... It somehow makes these Self appointed, "holier than thou" teachers of law, feel that they have the right to find the potential Christian unworthy of God's Grace and to pass judgment. This causes the potential Christian to walk away and never consider becoming a Christian again.
My friend, if any of this has ever happened to you, do not allow that nonsense to prevent you from receiving Christian Grace which is free to absolutely everyone. Ponder on what you have learned in this God's Grace Bible study and the actual Christian Grace of God meaning which is this: When you truly believe in Jesus and repent, God forgives your past sins ... Period !!!
But By the Grace of God Go I - Lost Love
Now, there are many people that were Christians and have stopped believing in God, because something really bad happened to them. Perhaps they suffered from, Lost Love. For example, if they lose a friend or family member to divorce or death. They decide to blame God or say, if there is a God, why would He allow this to happen. I want you to know that I truly feel your pain, for I have lost that which was most dear to me but, I also know this.
Bible Study on Grace Hope
But by the Grace of God go I Trap
Christians encounter trials and tribulation just like everybody else, and to blame God and to stop believing in God, will not explain away the loss or anything else productive. Sometimes these things are allowed to happen for a reason, that we do not understand.
1 The righteous perisheth, and no man layeth it to heart:
and merciful men are taken away, none considering that the
righteous is taken away from the evil to come.
2 He shall enter into peace: they shall rest in their
beds, each one walking in his uprightness.
Reasons that we cannot even fathom. I have found that nine times out of ten, it was caused by negligence or a decision made on mankind's part.
God's Grace Bible Study Truth ...
Every day, each of us makes choices that has the capability to affect others. Whether the choice be good or bad. God allows mankind to make their own decisions because He does not want puppets. He allows us free will. The other one out of ten is what I call the test or trial factor.
I have no idea why God allows certain things to happen, it would depend on the situation ... I do know that God's New Covenant gives us free will and many people abuse that free will and do things which cause others pain and suffering. Regardless of why, it is His Will and perhaps one day we will understand why certain things were allowed to happen. Until then ... We must trust Him.

You can either deny this Truth and be cast into the Lake of Fire, forever or believe in Jesus, who died for us and live forever in Heaven. Either way, forever is a lonnnnnnng time. Some people ask, but what if all this is just a bunch of superstition or fairy tales. I ask you this ... What if it is not?
Be wise and Choose Jesus and undergo the change within as you begin to awake each morning and say to yourself ... But by the Grace of God go I.
