A Nation Gone Wrong Part II Preface
Good Morning Christianity Oasis, All!



First the upside…the upside of Christianity is found in our Lord’s good word in both the Old and New Testaments. In those golden nuggets of truth we find a great number of promises made to those that have chosen to make Jesus, The Son of God, their Lord and Savior. In the conversation below the next paragraph I offer a young lady some of the things (Gods good words to all) awaiting her in Heaven if she would believe in our Lord and Savior Jesus.

I am on the internet quite a bit either on Yahoo or MSN and I have both forms of chat, etc. I keep them open all of the time, but I seldom use either. Each week I get a number of chat requests from young women wanting me to pay to view them naked on webcam. I turn things around and offer them the joy of the Lord in His salvation for them. Here is the conversation I had with one of them this morning.

Her: Well, I’m trying out thongs. You sound nice. Let’s have some fun!
Me: I'm not into the sex cam thing...but let's rip you out of the world and seat you in Christ Jesus in Heavenly Places...there is joy there that is greater than all of the sexual pleasures you can imagine…
Her:
Me: Once there you will be as the angels of God, full of love and glory with a brilliant mind and eyes that shine like the stars…
Her: My video camera is turned on. Wanna take a peek? I will show u but don’t tell anyone, ok?
Me: No thanks...I've chosen to live in a body full of love and light...I can't follow you where you go...
Her: Miami?
Me: I go to Mt. Zion...the city of the Great King...
Her: I’m going to give you a flirt cam invite. All you have to do is accept. I’ll show u…
Me: Sorry...not interested...but when things really go bad for you...remember to call upon the name of the Lord Jesus to save you...HE WILL!

Other good words of God to us include being glorified in Christ Jesus as His Sons and Daughters, albeit we are all considered Sons, both male and female as we all have the Spirit of God in us, AND HE IS A HE…THE HE OF HEs!
We will have great power in the next life. We will be Immortal. We will be Kings. We will be Priests. We will be Judges of both angels and men. Such are only a few of the things that belong to us as Christians. The rest are summed up in the following sentence. Eye has not seen nor ear heard of the great things God has prepared for those that love Him.

Second, the downside…the downside of the world has its roots in the lies of the devil; the chief one being that gratifying one's desires no matter what perverse form they take should be one’s primary pursuit in this life. We see such active in the many pluralistic factions today that take offense at any that would question their lifestyle pursuits.

They do not want any “Bible Thumpers” to warn them about the consequences of their pursuits. As for me, I don’t really give a hoot what the world thinks of me or says about me. To me political correctness is an outcome of a world gone mad with a lust for their own destruction.

I remember reading about a vision Man of God Lester Sumrall had many years ago. The Lord showed him what happened to those opting to choose the way of the world and not the way of Christ. He saw millions moving along a wide pathway just doing their thing, oblivious to that which awaited them at the path’s end. At the path’s end was a sheer drop off into a vast lake of fire. All on that pathway, (including many religious from many religions, including many Christians that do not have the Spirit of Christ in them), were oblivious to that lake of fire until they got within a short distance of it. They beheld how those in the forefront of the sojourners just vanished, and then as they got even closer they saw their firey end.

Unfortunately, at that point there was nothing they could do. As hard as they tried to get off the wide pathway they couldn’t because those behind kept pushing them forward until they dropped out of sight and psssstttt...

I don’t want to be in that number, when the world goes falling in…
