some good info

I just wanted to share with yall an update, and maybe you all if you'd like can try this too, the supplements that i started. Well I went to the doctor the other day and grandma went with me this time. I told the dr that I was crying all the time and just sad a lot, so, she gave me a prescription for an antideprressent, im not sure i want to take it but we decided to go natural and look for something that isnt by prescription. THey told me that red raspberry tea was good for mood, take 2 cups, one in the morning and one in the evening. She also gave me a vitamin that is good for pms and a vitamin k pill. Now im not good at taking pills but I'm determined to start feeling better. We will see how it goes, if i feel that i am able to talk about things without crying all the time which I know is not normal, yes I try to present myself as a happy and joyful person but these hormones and chemicals in my body are messed up. If these don't work then Iwill start taking the other med for antideppression. Just throught I'd pass this info along for anyone else who'd like to try some natural approach. God bless you
