We know that God created the earth and everything
within it in six days and rested on the seventh day. This seventh day became a
sacred day known as the
Sabbath.
In like manner ... The Bible reveals that God created a timeline cycle
of six thousand years and then a one
thousand year period of rest which is known as the
Millennium.
PATTERNS ...
SIGNS AND PAST PROPHECY
WORK SIX DAYS, REST ON THE SEVENTH
The Bible says in the book of
Genesis
Chapter 1
that God worked 6 days and rested on the 7th
day.

Genesis 2:2
And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had made;
and He
rested on the seventh day
from all His work which He had made. |
God also made this law apply to His
people. They were to work
6 days and rest on the 7th. This day is called Sabbath.

Exodus 20:9-10
Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: But the
seventh day is the Sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter,
thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy
stranger that is within thy gates: |
And six years
thou shalt sow thy land,
and shall GATHER in the fruits thereof.

Exodus 23:10
And
six years thou shalt sow thy land, and shalt gather in
the fruits thereof: |
If His
people had a servant or slave,
they were to work 6 years and be set free the 7th year. God's people were also to sow in the land and
gather fruits for 6 years but not in
the 7th. Even Jesus, when He was put on the Cross, hung there 6 hours,
and died at the beginning of the 7th hour.

Mark 15:25, 34-37
And it was the
third hour,
and they crucified Him ....... And at the
ninth hour
Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eloi, Eloi, lama
sabachthani? which is, being interpreted, My God, my God,
why hast thou forsaken me? And some of them that stood by,
when they heard it, said, Behold, He calleth Elias. And one
ran and filled a spunge full of vinegar, and put it on a
reed, and gave Him to drink, saying, Let alone; let us see
whether Elias will come to take Him down. And Jesus cried
with a loud voice, and gave up the ghost. |
They crucified Jesus at the 3rd hour
(9 AM) and He died at the 9th Hour (3:00 PM)
That is 6 hours and when the 7th hour
began ... It was over.
We
see a pattern created by God.
There are 6 time periods of work and 1 time period of rest.
Whether it be hours, days or years ...
You
will discover that also goes for thousand year periods of time.
DAY OF REST
The Bible says that after the End Times, there is a one
thousand year
period of time, known as the "Millennium" which
Satan is imprisoned and there is a
time of peace and REST for mankind.

Revelation 20:3-4
And cast him (satan) into the bottomless pit, and shut him
up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the
nations no more, till
the thousand years should be fulfilled:
and after that he must be loosed a little season. And I saw
thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto
them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the
witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not
worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had
received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands;
and
they lived and
reigned with Christ a thousand years. |
THE FORMULA
1000 YEARS = ONE DAY TO GOD
The Bible reveals that Heaven and Earth are
reserved for fire and judgment, but
that
one day to God
is 1000 years to mankind.

2 Peter 3:8
But, beloved, be not
ignorant of this one thing,
that one day is with the Lord
as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. |
It also says
that a thousand years in God's sight are as but a day, as
a "watch" in the night.

Psalms 90:4
For a
thousand years in thy sight are but as yesterday
when it is past, and as a watch in the night. |
Now,
let us do a little simple math ...
If God says that
...
Mankind shall work 6 days and rest on the 7th.
1000 years to man is but 1 day to God.
There is a one thousand year time period known as the
Millennium.
Then ...
THERE IS A 7000 YEAR PERIOD
A SIX THOUSAND YEAR PERIOD
THEN A ONE THOUSAND YEAR PERIOD OF REST
This brings forth
one interesting question ...
If there is six
thousand years then the End Times end and the Millennium begins ...
How many years
have passed from Creation to today?
We have created a timeline, taken from the Bible to confirm this find out how
much time has passed.
BIBLE TIMELINE
We have been
given specific dates throughout the Bible from Creation to Jesus, so we
can see how much time has
passed from Creation to Jesus. We will then see if we can figure out
how many years have elapsed from Jesus to present day. The following is a timeline based strictly on the Bible.
It took years to perform this extensive study, so
although the legwork has been done for you, the scripture
locations have been given, so that you can confirm the
findings.
Let us proceed ... The
Bible tells us at what age a son was born to the
individual before him and gives other dates and years of
specific events, throughout the Bible. We will add up all
these years and use Adam as the starting point, being the
first man in the Bible, and use the term AA (After Adam) to
show how many total years had passed from the
previous date to the next.
The Bible will indicate how
many years had passed, so you only need a calculator to
add up the amount of years that have passed from Adam to
Jesus.
